Few symbols are more sacred than the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and none more eloquently express the enduring consequences of war. His tomb is hallowed ground, and, every November 11, it becomes one of the focal points for our collective remembrance, grief and gratitude for Canada’s service members past, present, and future.
