The coin is shaped as a full sphere with a large 50 mm diameter and a weight of three ounces of fine silver. The surface of the coin presents all of the continents in superb detail with an antique silver finish, while the oceans feature a deep translucent blue enamel over a slightly reflective silver. The coin has a legal tender face value of $5 in Barbados, and is limited to a mintage of just 999 pieces worldwide. The bottom of the coin includes the denomination and the coat of arms of Barbados. The coin comes displayed in a premium presentation case including an acrylic cover allowing for a 360 degree view of the three dimensional globe. GST/HST exempt.
