Every Iconic Maple Leaves coin is a fully gold plated, scallop shaped celebration of Canada’s beloved maple leaf, a symbol that represents our nation, our achievements and our Canadian pride. The third coin in the Royal Canadian Mint's annual series features an iconic design from Canada’s Confederation era. It is the maple bough arrangement that was first introduced by the Province of Canada and later adopted by the new Dominion of Canada for its coins, which have a special place in many collections. Mintage 4,500. HST/GST exempt.
