The Design:
The reverse of each coin displays the magnificent animal in its natural habitat. Included in this image is a crystal element highlighting the geographical location of each animal. This exquisite collection reminds us how fragile the earth’s animals really are.
The Giant panda is the rarest member of the bear family. They primarily live in the forests high in the mountains of western China, eating 12 to 38 kilograms of bamboo each day.
