Description
This 2012 $20 fine silver coin celebrates the Diamond Jubilee of the reign of Queen Elizabeth and features an ultra high relief portrait usually used only on the highest quality medallic art. Mintage is limited just 7500. HST/GST exempt.
The Design:
In order to achieve this ultra high relief portrait with a proof finish, the coin was struck four times, using the highest pressure slow moving presses available. The design for this coin was submitted to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and approved before the coin was produced.
