In celebration of Canada’s 125th Anniversary of Confederation twelve distinct 25-cent coins were released monthly, each paying tribute to a different province or territory.

Yukon’s quarter depicts the impressive Kaskawulsh Glacier, which flows from the world's largest non-polar icefield. Accessible via Kluane National Park, it represents a wild territory famous for its dramatic scenery and rich wildlife.
