STEP 1: Send us your items securely packaged using a reliable shipping service with tracking
Send us your items securely packaged using Fedex Priority overnight delivery service with tracking. We recommend using a box or other packaging inside a second box, with both the outer and inner box addressed. This protects against the unlikely event of the outer box being torn or damaged in shipping. We recommend that you do not put a declared value on the outside of the package, unless the package is coming from outside Canada and it is required for Customs. Please ensure that your contact information including telephone number and e-mail address is enclosed with your items.

Within 1-2 business days of receipt, Canadian Coin & Currency will contact you with our highly competitive buy price offer based on your collection.
STEP 4: Highest fair market value prices paid, and we will send you a cheque for the value of your items
Provided that our purchase offer is acceptable, we will immediately send you a cheque for the value of your items together with our completed purchase order receipt. Arrangements for alternate payment methods can be made on request, subject to modest service charges.
If for any reason our offer is not acceptable, we will promptly return the items to you with the shipping charge billed to your credit card.
