The Design: 

An expression of pride for these incredible landscapes, the Heart of the Forest pulsating field pattern returns in 2025, transporting the viewer into the heart of a misty forest on this 1-oz. coin’s reverse. The trees fall in and out of view behind the Silver Maple Leaf (SML) design struck in Ultra High Relief (UHR) and highlighted by rose gold plating, which stands in for red, the boldest of Canada’s fall hues and official colours.
