Every coin in our First Strikes collection is among the first 2020-dated Canadian circulation coins struck at the Winnipeg facility. They are uncirculated versions that have that unmistakable lustre of newly minted coins. And they all come to you directly from our Winnipeg facility. There is a special wrap roll for each of the five denominations. Rolled in a premium wrapper and sealed with a holographic label, these coins promise to be lasting mementos of a year shaped by special moments and new experiences in your collecting journey. Mintage of the collection is limited to 5,000.

5 Cent Beaver: The image of the beaver on the five-cent coin dates back to 1937, but the animal is a centuries-old icon that is synonymous with Canada’s early history. Artist: G. E. Kruger-Gray.
