Description
This 2016 $20 fine silver coin is double struck with a frosted proof finish, and contains just over one ounce of fine silver. As a pure silver coin issued from the Royal Canadian mint, it is GST/HST exempt.
The Design:
The coin jumps to life with migrating salmon leaping out of the fast moving waters. Selective colour highlights the salmon in the foreground whose tail is curled up as it angles forward. It is engraved with the words “CANADA,” the face value of “20 DOLLARS” and the year “2016”.
