Description
This 2014 collection is the complete four coin set of $20 fine silver bison series issued by the Royal Canadian Mint. Bisons are the largest of all land animals in North America. They are a symbol of strength and an important part of the history of the Prairie region of Canada. Each coin captures one aspect of the grandeur of the Bison. This has been a popular series, and all four coins quickly sold out from the mint. Four different dates of historic United States Buffalo or Bison nickels, dated from 1913 to 1938 are also included as a free bonus, as well as a 2005 United States bison 5 cent coin. These bonus coins are available exclusively from the Shopping Channel. Mintage is limited to just 7,500 for each coin worldwide. As pure silver coins issued by the Royal Canadian Mint, this collection is GST/HST exempt
