The Design:
This Wintertown coin captures an enchanted glimpse of a sleepy snow-covered town as it slumbers through the cool night. It is winter’s first snowfall. Perhaps the townspeople, tucked up in their cozy houses, dream of the coming of spring…Or maybe their heads dance with visions of days filled with skating, sledding, and wintry adventures. The scene is enhanced with brightly coloured green holly and red berries, giving the coin a festive holiday feel.
