It features a reverse design that celebrates exploration and the beauty of time measured in light. 

The Design:
Classic Roman numerals mark the hours from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. along the perimeter, anchored by an acanthus-leaf flourish, while decorative botanical motifs form an inner ring around a stylized globe. At the centre of it all, a compass rose sits beneath the angled rhodium-plated gnomon that casts a shadow across its coin base, indicating local solar time when placed in direct sunlight and pointed in the direction of true north.
